My friend Paula in Madrid works for a tour company. While waiting for the tour people she stands in Plaza Mayor with this huge umbrella. I went on one of their tours in paris and it was great. I am playing on going on one this week so I can experience Madrid Tourism. I've done a really bad job of seeing the touristy stuff.
